We can't do everything in three days, but we can do a lot!
Day 1: We focus on diagnosing the right problem. Based on the four dimensions of team effectiveness you'll learn to use a series of diagnostic tools to figure out what's happening under the surface.
Day 2: Groups form naturally but teams are shaped intentionally by leaders. This middle section is about learning the central skills of team leadership: developing vision and firm ground.
Day 3: Activating change. This is the day for getting practical, each leader or specialist on the programme gets to develop a strategy for tackling a specific team. Throughout the day, the process is defined and developed. Preparation is a key element of activation and James uses the day to coach people on how to make a difference.
